Facial Treatment Resurfacers
Chemical resurfacers are a process where the skin undergoes complete metamorphosis using chemical and non-chemical agents to stimulate collagen and elastin, breakdown hyperpigmentation, and clear away acne-causing bacteria.
Resurfacers at Corinna Jill Skincare come in various levels ranging from superficial to medium depth.
All resurfacers will experience the best results when done in a series of 3 to 4 treatments. This helps recondition the skin and prepare it for home care treatments. Sunscreen is a must at all times (yes, even indoors and on cloudy days) to avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation. Mild flaking sometimes occurs.
Facial Treatment Peels
(3-7 days of downtime)
Level 2 Facial Peels are only performed Fall through Early Spring. While these treatment peels offer powerful results that encourage healthy cell turnover and reduce the signs of aging and hyperpigmentation, the treatment requires a couple days of DOWNTIME.
Dermaquest Primary Pumpkin Resurfacer
An amazing formulation of Glycolic, Lactic, Salicylic Acid and Pumpkin Pulp all work together to
increase exfoliation and improve the appearance of uneven skin tone. Addresses acne and age
management concerns. Possible mild flaking.
Dermaquest SkinBrite Peel
This combination of Lactic, Mandelic and Phytic Acids work together to brighten skin and
create an even skin tone. An excellent treatment for hyperpigmentation and the appearance
of dark spots due to acne scarring or melasma. There will be a couple of days of DOWTIME.

Lactic Acid resurfacer is extremely hydrating while providing gentle exfoliation. A perfect
introduction to DermaQuest’s advanced level treatments.

Cosmedix Bakuchiol Clarity Treatment
No Downtime. Helps to clear out impurities and refine the pores by using AHAs, BHA, and Bakuchiol. The Clarity Peel is a great option for more intense acne.
Dermaquest C Infusion Peel
This antioxidant peel brightens and revitalizes resistant skin as it removes layers of sluggish skin cells. Vitamin C, Lactic Acid and a plethora of plant extracts infuse skin tissues with antioxidants and hydrating properties that contribute to barrier repair, with mild to moderate flaking. Included retinol and Skinbrite boosters.

An all-purpose peel that can be used on skin that is hypersensitive, acne-prone, and has hyperpigmentation. By incorporating AHA, AGP Retinol Complex, Fruit Enzymes, and BHA this peel leaves skin brighter, clearer, and vibrant. Mild flaking.
Cosmedix Deep Sea Peel
*Only performed from Fall through Early Spring. A non-acid peel where physical exfoliation is used to resurface the skin. Removes stubborn pigmentation and great for uneven texture and skin impurities. Not recommended for sensitive skin. There will be 5 days of DOWNTIME.
